Previous Work Completion certificate (DISCOM certificate if
16 available)/previous company's work order/referral cheque

17 Reference from any other DISCOM/Govt. organization (If any)


Feeder wise work completion Schedule, according to that LD will
18 count.
19 Manpower available with the Contractor:-
a Permanent
b On call as per KEI's requirement

20 Firm Registration (i.e. Partnership deed, Incorporation of firm)

Providing requisite labourers on each day is one of the primary


responsibility of the Contractor, in case he fails to do so he may be
21 levied with financial penalty as deemed fit by the company
Contractor to deal with the ROW issues , support will be provided
22 by KEI and Client
Contractor will follow all the safety norms as per KEI's and Client
23 requirement with his safety tools and tackles (PPE)
Contractor will maintain the quality of work as per the requisite
technical specification.Re-work is a waste of time/energy and
material and as such company may impose fine/penalty on the
24 Contractor as deemed fit.

All documents will be checked by their Originals and verified by
