Se foloseste pentru o actiune care se va fi terminat inainte de un moment Pentru a pune accent pe durata unei actiuni ce se va desfasura pana intr-

She will have delivered all the newspapers by 8 o’clock. By the end of next month she will have been teaching for ten years.
He will have finished the book by the time you come back home.

EXPRESII
FUTURE PERFECT SIMPLE FUTURE PERFECT CONTINUOUS
Se foloseste cu urmatoarele expresii: before, by, by then, by the time, Se foloseste cu by….for.
until/till. Until/till se foloseste doar in propozitii negative: Dupa expresii ca by the time, until, before, se foloseste prezentul simplu
She will have finished the report by tomorrow. (NOT: until tomorrow) deaorece aceste cuvinte introduc o temporala. Future Perfect Simple si
She won’t have finished the report until/till 5 o’clock tomorrow. Future Perfect Continuous pot precede sau urma propozitia temporala.
I won’t have finished cleaning the house until you come back.
By the time they reach York, they will have been travelling for four hours.

1. ALTE MODALITATI DE EXPRIMARE A VIITORULUI

Putem exprima viitorul si cu ajutorul urmatoarelor structuri:

1. S + am/is/are to + V (Engleza Formala): The President is to visit France next week.

2. S + am/is/are about to + V/ S + am/is/are on the point of + V-ing (pentru a ne referi la un viitor apropiat): Look! The bus is about to leave!
The company is on the point of closing down!
3. S + am/is/are due to + V (programe/orare): The plane is due to land at 9.30 p.m.

4. Verbe ca: intend/decide/plan/arrange/mean + to + V (pentru planuri sau intentii): We intend to buy a new car.

5. S + am/is/are sure to/S + am/is/are bound to/S + am/is/are certain to + V (pentru a exprima certitudinea in ceea ce priveste viitorul): This plan is sure
to succeed.

Se foloseste pentru actiuni viitoare cand facem referire la programe/orare: Se foloseste pentru actiuni pe care le-am planificat in viitorul apropiat:
The bus arrives in Bucharest at 7.15 p.m. I’m flying to Madrid next Monday.

3. TIMPUL VIITOR IN SECUNDARE

Se foloseste PRESENT SIMPLE sau PRESENT PERFECT, nu forme de viitor, dupa cuvinte si expresii ca: while, before. After, until/till, as, unless, when,
whenever, if, supposing/suppose, once, as soon as, as long as, by the time, in case, on condition that, etc.
Call me as soon as you get back. ( NU: as soon as you will get back)
Se folosesc formele de viitor:
1. Cu when cand este folosit ca pronume interogativ. Cand se foloseste ca adverb de timp se foloseste prezentul simplu:
When will you get home? (pronume interogativ)
2. Cu if/whether (daca) cand se foloseste dupa expresii care arata ignoranta/nesiguranta, cum sunt: I don’t know, I wonder, I doubt, etc.:
I don’t know if/whether he will go to Paris next week.

4. FUTURE IN THE PAST

Folosim urmatoarele structure pentru a vorbi despre ceva ce am intentionat sa facem sau planuri pe care le-am avut in legatura cu viitorul:

S + was going to/was to/was due to/was about to + V
S + were going to/were to/were due to/were about to + V

George was about to resign, but the manager gave him a better salary.

a. S + was/were on the point of + V-ing: They were on the point of leaving the house when the phone rang.
