reaches school late. She does not have time
to eat breakfast)
One morning, she was not feeling well. Mrs.
Gina, her class teacher, talks to her.

Mrs. Gina: Have you taken your breakfast

this morning?
Sarah: No, ma’am. I was afraid to come to
school late. Now I’m not feeling well.
Mrs. Gina: You know; you should not skip
breakfast as it is the most important meal of
the day. It provides your body with energy to
start the day.
Sarah: Ma’am, I don’t have time to sit and
eat properly in the morning.
Mrs. Gina: This is not good, Sarah. You
should wake up early and have your
breakfast. You can also choose a grab-and-
go breakfast occasionally, for example a
farata roll with cheese, a sandwich, some
cereals and nuts and a banana.
Sarah: Yes, ma’am. Thank you so much for
your advice. I will ask my mum to prepare
such breakfast for me. I can easily eat them
on my way to school.
