ASSIGNMENT QUESTION

PURPOSE
The purpose of this assignment is to enhance learners’ understanding and ability to identify
types of data, develop frequency table and represent the data graphically. Learners need to
determine the measures of central tendency and dispersion of given data.

Tujuan tugasan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keupayaan pelajar
untuk mengenal pasti jenis data, membangunkan taburan kekerapan, mewakilkan data
secara bergraf. Pelajar perlu menentukan pengukuran memusat dan pengukuran
serakan bagi data yang diberikan.

REQUIREMENT
Answer all the questions and show your detailed workings clearly and systematically.
Jawab semua soalan dan tunjukkan jalan kerja yang terperinci anda dengan jelas dan sistematik.

QUESTION 1/ SOALAN 1

The Car Ownership Satisfaction Study was carried out in December 2018. The
questionnaires were distributed to 6,000 car owners in Malaysia and the results are
shown in the Table 1.

selidik telah diedarkan kepada 6000 orang pemilik kereta di Malaysia dan keputusannya
ditunjukkan dalam Jadual 1.

e) Berdasarkan carta palang berganda anda di d) beri komen mengenai keputusan
kajian ini.

A teacher wanted to know the time taken by her students to answer a given
mathematics quiz. Each of the students were asked to record the time taken (in
minutes) to answer the quiz. The results are shown in Table 2.
