Sir:

I am writing to inform you that CHERIE VILLE M. MAGSALAY, part time instructor of
SDSSU Tagbina Campus, resign on her position due to some circumstances on her pregnancy.
In connection to that, to handle and continue the classes she left behind, CHESKA JEL T.
CABARLIZA, a contractual faculty of SDSSU Tagbina Campus, would be the substitute
instructor. It is already almost end of the semester and there is a need to find a replacement and
lessen the gap between giving lessons to students and to pass the paper works that is necessary to
be done. Therefore, it is decided to make someone already inside the institution who also handle
the same course to handle the class.
Moreover, the said instructor also shows dedication, positive attitude and ability that I am
confident that she can perform the duties necessary for her to accomplish.
