WINDOWS 98/ME/2000/XP HYPER TERMINAL USE GUIDE

1. Outline
This manual is instruct the windows 98/ME/2000/XP Hyper terminal setup procedure.

2. Instructing operation.
1.) Select the “Accessories” , and click “Hyper Terminal” in “Communications ”. Starting the
Hyper terminal to create a new connect. And input the communication name.
2.) In “Connect to” dialog to select the “COM1”, press “OK”.

Transmit speed

Choice “Xon/Xoff”

3.) Selecting “File”and click “Properties”.And you press the “ Settings ” and select “ASCII Setup”
in the properties dialog.

4.)The following figure, please take“ “in the □ .And click “OK” to finish setup.

3. Receive operation
1.) To select [Transfer] in function bar . And click [Capture Text…] , and then input the file name.
Click “ Start “.
2.) When the data transmited completion.To select [Transfer] [Capture Text…] and click
[Stop].
4. Send operation
1.) Click on the [Transfer] and selecting the [Send Text File…] button . To input the file name you
want to send. And than start NC to receive data . At last click [Open] to send data.

Note)This software create the file is .txt .For M60/M60S series they include option ,base parameter,
process programs and PLC .(Refer MELDAS 60/60S series operation manual).
And the PLC you can not edit in PLC4B ,it just only for store.
