TIP - Module 5 - The Learning Process

PROCESS
SESSION 1: LEARNER-CENTERED LEARNING
Cite an actual classroom situation where the different principles are applied.
Select one of the learner-centered learning approaches and strategies. Design a classroom
activity using the approach/strategy. Indicate also the competency/skill to be developed,
objective, method of assessment and procedure of the activity.
After your insightful reading on the various Learner-centered approaches and strategies, write a Daily Lesson Plan
(DLP) that has learner-centered activity appropriate to Key Stage based on the DLP standards specified in D.O. 42,
s.2016.
III. Pamamaraan:
A. Panimulang Gawain:
1. Pambungad na panalangin
Magsitayo ang lahat para sa isang panalangin.
2. Pagtala ng Liban
Leader, pakitsek kung sino-sino ang liban ngayong araw.
3. Balik-aral
Ano ang masasabi mo sa larawan? Magbigay ng mga pangungusap.
4. Pagganyak
Buuin ang puzzle na nasa pisara. Tukuyin kung ano ito.
B. Panlinang na Gawain:
1. Paglalahad
a. Makinig sa maikling kwentong “Ang Pamilyang Masipag”
Tuwing araw ng Sabado, sila Tatay Nilo, Aling Nina kasama ang kanilang dalawang
Anak na sina Maymay at Gino ay nagtutulungan sa paglilinis ng kanilang tahanan. Si Tatay
Nilo ay nagkakabit ng kurtina, si Aling Nina naman ay nililinis ang sahig. Habang sina
Maymay at Gino ay nagliligpit at nagpupunas ng mga gamit . Pagkatapos nilang maglinis, sila ay
masayang kumakain.
2. Pagtatalakay
a. Ano-ano ang mga ginagawang gawaing pambahay ng pamilya?
b. Ano naman ang inyong ginagawang gawaing pambahay o pantahanan?
c. Bakit mahalagang gumawa ng gawaing pantahanan?
Gawain 1:
Sabihin kung ano nasa larawan at idikit sa bahay kung ito ay gawaing pantahanan.
Gawain 2:
Tumawag ng mga bata at hayaang ipakita ang mga sumusunod:
a. nagpupunas ng mesa
b. nagwawalis ng sahig
c. nagliligpit ng pinagkainan
d. nag-aayos ng mga upuan
e. naghuhugas ng pinggan
C. Paglalahat
a. Ano ang natutuhan mo sa ating aralin ngayon?
b. Magbigay ng mga halimbawa ng gawaing pantahanan.
c. Dapat bang sumunod sa utos ng iyong magulang?
D. Paglalapat
Pangkatin ang mga bata sa tatlo.
Gumuhit sa loob ng bahay ng tatlong gawaing pantahanan at kulayan.
IV. Pagtataya
Iguhit ang bahay kung Gawain ay pambahay at bilog kung hindi.

V. Takdang Aralin
Magdikit ng limang larawan ng mga gawaing pambahay.

We need to provide students proper learning environment which contributes to the positive
learning process.

promotes learner responsibility and achievement?
The teachers expected role is to provide learning environment that are safe, secure, fair
and supportive in order to promote learner responsibility and achievement.
4. Since learners must do the learning, how do you think will you create a total environment
for learning that optimizes the ability of the students to learn?
I will create a learning environment where students not just touch, see, or hear passively
but they feel, look, and listen actively.
