2 Software settings

Printer Settings
The first time user AcroRIP White ver9.0 you need to choose you print machines model
And print machines connection port.
Nozzle Options
Click button Nozzle Check machines will Print a section of color. Check whether the color is
normal.
Click button Head Cleaning machines will Clean the printer nozzle .
UV Settings
If you machines support UV linght, you need open the UV Dry Mode
Open AcroRIP White ver9.0 Click File –-- Print Left Right Guide Lines

Page Settings
you can try print to paper first to find right size and location
Color settings
If you use DPI 1440*1440

normal status best of Color 23% , White 40% .


White Ink Control
You can use Spot Color print multi times get better Relief result
Ready to print

Tips
1. Best of distance between the nozzle and the product is 2mm-3mm
(Table door have laser . Let the laser to you paper or products surface)
2. UV print right side 2.5mm can’t print
3. Before each print ,you need to check Windows Printer Task make sure no other tasks
4. Security software sometime will interference print software. make sure Print Software be
trust or exception
5. Print machines need use by everyday to make sure Nozzle not dry
6. In any case, the nozzle touches the product. You need to wipe the nozzle surface and the
software nozzle cleaning with alcohol and a dust-free cloth (immediately)
7. If the surface of the product is white, you only need to choose to print in color.
If the color is too dark or too thick, just lower the color under the color page
