shipping and trading on a worldwide scale, Air Freight, Sea Freight, Sea / Air services, Surface Transport,
Custom Clearance, Logistics, Sales Orders Administration, Domestic Distribution, Supply Chain
Management, Fulfillment, Project Management, Warehousing and any combination of special services
tailored to the specific needs of every customer.
Professionally handle all types of Client enquires and complaints to fully resolve concerns,
including troubleshooting.
Take regular back up of data (SQL Server 2008 DB) thus facilitating protection of company's
confidential information.
Develops, maintains, and monitors procedures for all server backups.
The responsibilities will also include updating antivirus patches as and when required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2008 server and 2003 Server,SQL Server 2008
Enterprise Edition with Third Part Software DB Back up.
Installing Desktops & Laptops, Upgrades of hardware and software products to existing products.
Responsible to perform the day to day operational duties in order to maintain all servers
Check all server event logs
Worked closely with market research team to undertake customer profiling, target market
studies, pricing studies.
Scheduling all repairs and maintenance with vendors (for the warehousing purpose), and
ensuring the proper care of the property.
Liaise closely with account management keeping them up to date on the progress of all issues.
Provided inputs, creative solutions & ideas to the management team on organization offerings.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the
cause of the problem; selecting & explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting
correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Assisting corporate customers to fine- tune their network by providing needed guidance and
introducing new networking devices that suits their requirement.
Provide onsite support for complaints regarding connectivity issues. (Directed from customer care
dept.)
Installation and configuration of leased line (Cable modem). OFC Implementation. Maintenance
of leased lines.
Provide network solutions to customers in order to utilize the bandwidth effectively.
Identifying flapping modems and reporting to RF section.
