Please find attached invoice as requested. Also attached is your credit agreement along with a detailed
explanation as to how the payment process works.
We require a copy of your ID, proof of income, signed invoice, signed credit agreement and the first invoice paid.
Once we have received all that we will deliver within 72hours depending on our routes and truck availability.
Due to the high number of account hackings in the past we do not give out our banking details for first time
payments. All first time payments are idone via any PEP or Ackermans outlet country wide. Upon delivery the
driver will hand you details for EFT or debit order for future payments along with your 5 year workmanship
guarantee.
PS: PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED IS RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE THE DUE DATE INDICATED
ON THE INVOICE. FAILING TO DO SO WILL CAUSE AN AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER!

Agreement Terms
___________________ _________________ has expressed a desire to hold possession of a Nutec/Wendy House currently
owned by i-HOUSING and wishes to make payments following the schedule indicated in the invoice to obtain ownership of
said propererty
___________________ shall obtain possession of the property on agreed date within 72 hours.
___________________ will not claim ownership of said property until all contract terms have been satisfied.
Payment Terms
Renter shall pay the amounts indicated on the invoice attached unless otherwise agreed by property owner in written
documentation.
In the event of late payment rental will be subject to R500 as penalty for late payment.
Both parties are in agreement that legal ownership of the Nutec/Wendy House will be transferred to renter immediately
following final payment of the total amount due.
Any fees paid to purchase of property are hereby non refundable for any reason
Renter shall maintain property in clean and reasonable operating condition for the duration of this rent to own agreement.
Failure of payment will result in return of property to owner without any withholdings or delays.
In the event that the Renter fails to make payment within 5 days of a payment’s due date, the Owner reserves the right to
take possession of the property from the Renter.
