EC 304: COMMUNICATION LAB-II

7. Course Objectives:
a) To design, simulate, implement, test and demonstrate digital communication circuits using 4.
MATLAB/Simulink or LT-SPICE simulations
b) To study, design and and analyze antenna parameters and RF systems using antenna measurement system
and X-band microwave bench (Video demonstration)
8. Course Outcomes:
a) Ability to design, simulate and test various digital modulation-demodulation schemes.

b) Design and Analyze antenna systems and microwave circuits.(Alignment with Pos:

c) Demonstrate the working of designed circuits, measure the outputs and record the observations.

10. Evaluation Plan: The components and the percentage weights are given below.
• Regular laboratory work (Intime submission of simulation experiments and Lab Record): 30%

• Mid-Sem examination: 20%

• Quiz : 10%
