18. Must provide more details for main kitchen equipment and requirements.
19. For external setting, please study it possible to provide cooling system.
20. The refrigerant pipe length from outdoor unit for TVR is long, please check with TRANE CO.
21. The refrigerant pipe routing and drawing for TVR must check with TRANE CO.
22. Need to add the location of thermostat and remote.
23. Please submit complete details of installation for all equipment's and AC materials like ducts,
copper pipes and support, etc...
24. Swimming pool equipment's drawing and list.
25. AC for swimming pool area to be dd with ducting work and air outlet.
26. For swimming pool area the required humidity is 50 % and 22 C degree ± 2.
1. The piping size not asper NFPA standard, please follow the standard.
2. Need hydraulic calculation for fire pumps by elite software.
3. The pendent sprinklers to be concealed type in main areas. Only technical and
service area we can use exposed type.
4. Need to explain what the hazard level for each area.
5. Some area need to check final RCP to select type of sprinklers.
6. Need calculation for fire tanks capacity.
1. The domestic water tank capacity is very small, should mentioned how many
days will cover the Villa.
2. Need details connection for all water tanks.
3. To provide hydraulic calculations.
4. Need drawing with complete details for all the pumps.
5. For the piping use different clear color for hot and cold return.
6. Treated water pipes is not showing on the drawing, please rectify.
7. Need to complete the piping drawing for all toilets and other areas.
8. Need to add water hammer arrestor for each toilet or similar areas.
9. The pumps selection and pressure required for each toilets must be explained on
the drawing.
10. According to water pressure require for each area, please check if we need to
add PRV or not.
11. For Hot return, make sure to install check valve and balance valve.
12. Need to add chiller in pump room for cold water (full system) to adjust the degree
of water.
13. Need to explain all the requirements on the drawing.
14. Need to explain on the piping drawing the fixture unit with GPM and pipe size.
15. Need to add access doors for all used shafts for maintenance.
16. Need to check pipes routing with architectural drawing to avoid any clashes, also
try to avoid critical area and keep the pipes in service and technical areas.
17. For the critical area and room like main bedroom and guest, please keep the
valves in the service area roof floor.
18. Need to add hose bib at roof floor, inside the garden, AHU rooms and any area
will need water.
19. To add car washing area in basement floor.
20. Some sanitary fixtures (like water closet, lavatory and shower ) have clash the
structure element, need to solve this issue and to coordinate with other work.
1. The drain pit is very small, please provide the calculation and make sure pit size
is appropriate for installation of pumps.
2. Please add gully trap for storm water pipes before pit.
3. Make sure all the areas are covered by storm gutter and area drain.
4. Please add the rainwater nozzle on the free discharge outlet.
5. The level of free discharge outlet to be 30cm above flooring.
6. For roof drain and pipe routing, try to avoid critical areas like bedroom and
seating area and keep them inside service and technical areas.

STANDBY GENERATOR
• Standby generator shall be located at ground floor and shall be with 100% backup
power supply and with sound attenuator enclosure.
• Show the location of day tank and bulk tank with fuel transfer pumps set.
• Nos. of connected breakers with assumed trip amperes total is more than 1,000
ampere, main breaker assumed is 160 AT/160 AF and up-stream breaker at MDB is 200
AT/250 AF, busbar rating mentioned is 200 ampere it is very far from the 1,000 ampere.
