Guidelines to be followed while preparing assignments: 
Broad areas of the topic are indicated (against each Name /Roll no.)

The in depth understanding of  topic   and identification of relevant issues is


expected.
Accuracy of the law, legal principles applied, cases and legislation if so required 
is to be used for  supporting arguments.
The extent to which students  have applied  law to the issues, with reasonable
explanations and justifications  as required by the topics will credit his
performance.
The use of relevant headings & subheadings; correct spellings, grammar is
expected.
Pages should be numbered (top left hand corner) and assignments must be
preferably emailed.
Students should retain a copy of their assignment.

Students should submit assignments via email duly completed by 26th


December 2020. ( as soon as you can)

No possible changes in the title of topic once allotted, without the permission of
the concerned teacher.

Authenticity of the text submitted can be verified.   Please cite in footnotes,


endnotes & references column for the sources used.

teacher.

The Assignment shall be evaluated out of 30 marks
