4. Work procedure
4.1 Material inspection & storage
During preparatory stages, blocks from each source (even pre

4.3 Surface preparation
RCC interface like beam, column, floor slab shall be hacked to
provide good bonding of concrete member coming in contact
with cement mortar. Each indent shall be of minium one inch
in length & 2-3mm deep with 80 indents per sq.ft in uniform Solid block masonry

Spread mortar over area in bed joint up to 10mm (thickness
may vary if slab undulation exists), fix end blocks in flush or
