ABSTRACT
The COVID19 Pandemic caused a huge impact to the education. Traditional learning changed
to distance (online and modular) learning system. As this learning system suddenly stopper, it
resulted to many difficulties to the learning system mode. The purpose of this study is to
determine the challenges or difficulties, concerns issues and problems and its benefits to
students wherein their academic performance have been highly affected.
This study is conducted by the use of survey and interviews delve into deep understanding and
analyzation from the students of advantages and disadvantages of this learning system modality
form the students perceptive. It was seen that no matted the researches on the definition and
diversified bevel of distance learning such as online and modular disadvantages is very limited,
designating the specific area or gadgets for online classes maintain open communications
between teachers and students, strengthening parent teacher partnership in ensuring guidance
while learning at home and reflection of students in this new face-to-face are some of the
recommended strategies, that suited for a new normal modality.
This research will serve as a guide for educators and students in the use of online or modular
distance learning previously.

complete this research. This was a long and hard journey for all of us to obtain our success in

INTRODUCTION

Background of the Study


The AIDAS theory of selling is one of the widest known theories and is the basis for
training materials across numerous organizations. AIDAS stands for Attention, Interest,
Desire, Action, and Satisfaction. The AIDAS theory simply states that a prospect goes
through five different stages before finally responding satisfactorily to any product. Thus he/s
should be led comfortably through all five stages.

Ronald D’Amico (1994) states that part-time employment “provides opportunities to


assume greater responsibility, authority and cooperative interdependence”. Students who
work part-time will develop networking skills; contacts and references will be valuable for
future employment opportunities.

1.1 Statement of the Problem


There are a lot of websites on internet where by it offer a variety of product and services
for consumer can find and buy through online such as shoe, apparel, sun glasses and more
Moreover, the online also provides some of the services which is paying bill online, booking
a transport ticket and more. In this research, we are looking the problem addressed in this
research which is the online purchased due to the valid reason because there are worried about
the quality of the product in online are not durable, moreover, there are not confident…show

toward to purchase intention of consumers in online shopping and also study the attitude of
the consumers purchase intention in online selling.
However, there are several reason hinder in the consumer are involved in online selling
because some of the consumer are not willing to take part in online purchased due to the valid
reason because there are worried about the quality of the product in online are not durable,
moreover, there are not confident.

1.2 Significance of the Study


The researchers firmly believe that the result of this study will be essential in many
ways for the following:

Students. This study will increase the awareness of students on how online selling
affects in different areas such as the health and academic performance of the students that
make online selling as part time jobs

Teachers. This will help the teachers to guide their students in prioritizing things
Parents. This study will make parents understand their role as they guide to their
Children. It will also increase the awareness of the parents if ever there are changes in
the academic performance and health condition of the student who make online selling as part
time job

School Administration. This study will help the school administration to build possible
solutions to the negative effects this study is concern of.

Future Researchers. This study will give them relevant ideas about the effects of online
selling as part time jobs in conducting further study that is modified and coherent to this study
itself.

Scope and Delimitations


The general intents of this study is to know the effective ways of selling of ABM Strand
in Marinduque National High School (MNHS).
The purpose of this research is to identify the different ways of selling . Also, this study yearns
to identify and understand the ABM student’s
This study needs more attention and dedication to finish our research and it will be
conducted with limited amount of financial resources and time framework.
