dispositions in life.

At the end of the lesson, learners should be able to:


● Learn how to make connections between text to particular issues, concerns,
and dispositions in life.
● It helps the students to make sense of what they read, retain the information
better, and engage more with the text itself.

A. INTRODUCTION

For their motivational activity, the teacher will show the set of pictures/icons and the
students will need to analyze and identify the correct word that portrays the set of
images/icons. This activity is called "Pictionary.”

B. TEACHING/ MODELING IT

After the allotted time for sharing ideas and thoughts, the teacher will discuss the

that need to be pondered or asked to identify the text.

C. GUIDED PRACTICE

The class will be divided into 3 groups, and each group will have a different task that they
need to complete: students should think of any scenarios or personal experiences that are
similar to or parallel to the events described in the book, whether it is text-to-text, text-to-
self, or text-to-world. Students need to present their work in a creative way. They will have
10 minutes to prepare their work and 5 minutes for the presentation.

question and choose the letter of the correct answer.
