SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Maria Leonor G. Robredo, of legal age, and resident of 18 BF Homes, Parañaque


City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint Samira A. Gutoc, of legal age, and resident of
Blk 5, Bonifacio High Street, Taguig City, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact and in
my name, place and stead, do perform the following specific act(s):

1. To agree in my behalf to form a general partnership with partners Maria Reesa, Amal
Clooney and Miriam Defensor-Santiago under the terms and conditions set forth by th
Securities and Exchange Commission and subject to the provisions of existing laws of
the Republic of the Philippines.

2. To contribute in my behalf the amount of Php. 1,500,000.00 to the general


partnership.

3. To execute and sign in my behalf the documents that may be necessary for the
creation of the general partnership unless the rules or law requires my actual and
physical participation on certain proceedings or execution of documents in relation to
the purpose of formation of the partnership.

4. To manage, carry out and oversee the affairs of the general partnership in my stead.

5. To duly inform and notify me of all and any substantial and trivial circumstances that
transpire within the partnership which maybe I must necessarily know as a partner
and which may be prejudicial to my ownership thereto.

Giving and granting unto said attorney-in-fact power and authority to do every act
necessary and required in connection with these presents, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that said attorney-in-fact shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of
these presents.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have signed this Special Power of Attorney this 17th day
of May 2020 at Makati City.
