KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We Erwin RAMOS and Maricel RAMOS, (Name of Property Owners) Filipino citizens of legal age with
residence and postal address at 6 Hougang St. 92 #09-05 Singapore 538685, do hereby appoint ANGEL
PASTOR (Name of Attorney-In-Fact) Filipino citizens of legal age, married, with residence and postal address
at OBD Subdivision, Brgy. Lalo Tayabas City 4327, to be our true and lawful attorney in fact for us in our
names to do any or all of the following acts and deeds, to wit:

1. To sell, transfer and convey or otherwise dispose my rights and interest over a certain property situated at
San Antonio Heights, Phase 1, Blk 14, Lot 4, Marcell St. Sto. Tomas Batangas, Philippines 4234 in such
amount as may be fair and reasonable, under such terms and conditions as the Attorney-in Fact shall
deem proper;

2. To enter into, sign, execute and deliver the appropriate Deed of Sale concerning the sale, transfer or
conveyance of the aforementioned property, including any and all documents that may be necessary or
required thereto, and to deliver the title of the said property to the Vendee/s or purchaser of the same;

3. To receive the proceeds of the sale in her name, either in cash or in check and sign for the receipt thereof;

4. To represent, execute, pay taxes or other fees necessary, and sign any and all documents and papers in
relation to the sale and transfer of the said property before any individual, private/government agency and
concerned authority; and

5. To do all other acts and things as may be necessary or incidental to carry out effectively the purpose for
which this authority is hereby given.
