Certificate / Electricity bill /water bill, contactable correct
rent agreement / Gramsewaka contact numbers.

visa application will return.
Applicant preferably should apply
1. Tourist visa / Entry visa - 1M, 3M, 6M
2. Conference visa - 1 M only
3. Business visa - 1M, 3M, 6M and 12M

 Expected date of journey


 Port of arrival and exit should should be mention after
mention as “ALL PORT” 5 days from applying
date.
