HOW TO PROCEED FOR VVM 2021-22 SLC EXAM (13 FEBRUARY 2022)

INSTRUCTIONS RELATED TO SLC EXAM APPLICATION

A. Mobile/Tablet Device Users

1. SLC Exam will be conducted on Sunday, 13 February, 2022 through VVM State Camp 2021-22
App only. Timing for the same is from 11:00am to 01:30pm and 03:00pm to 05:30pm for
Junior Group (Class VI, VII & VIII) and Senior Group (Class IX, X & XI) respectively. Last login
will be till 11:20am for Junior Group and 03:20pm for Senior Group.
2. Uninstall the previously installed mock exam first. Make sure there is sufficient space in the
internal memory of your device.
3. Uninstall the previously installed App. Install the latest version V13.0 of VVM State Camp
2021-22 Application on 12 February, 2022 for attending SLC Exam on Sunday, 13 February,
2022 from Google Play Store. Download and Install the same. Link for the same is

4. Now open it. Enter your username (e.g. DLXXXXXX) and password (******) and click on Sign
In. You can find your username and password in your registered Email Id and Mobile Number
or on the same email id you received OTP while registration. You can also recover the same
by clicking on Forgot Password and recover the same by providing your details through VVM’s
website.

5. Now select the first video player if it is working fine (Video and audio working properly) on
your device or click no to select second player. Then you will be directed to the next page.
6. Medium of the SLC Exam will be English only.
7. Now click on the STEP-I to download questions.

8. When questions / paper downloading process completes you will get “download completed”
a pop-up message. Now click on the Step-2 (Exam) to go to the exam.
9. Now you will be taken to page where Instructions related to Exam are given. Read those
instructions carefully. When you are done with reading the instructions click on Start Final
Exam button. You will have to start the exam within 10 minutes time otherwise you will be
redirected back to home page of App.

10. Click on select button to accept then click on the START EXAM when you have read and agreed
to all instructions.
11. When you click on START EXAM you will be landing on this page where you will have to TURN
ON AIRPLANE MODE and SWITCH OFF WiFi or Internet. While turning these ON and OFF do
not minimize the App, just scroll down the bar from top of the mobile panel to do the same.

When Red colored text indicators changes in GREEN Color means it is done.
12. While turning these ON do not minimize the App, just scroll down the bar from top of the
mobile panel to do the same. Also do not try to minimize the App during any of the section
as it will be considered as USE of UNFAIRMEANS and will lead to the automatic termination
of exam session.

13. Click on VIEW QUESTIONS for going to Section-A. You will have to answer all the questions of
Section-A in 40 minutes’ duration. You will see a screen like below. You will be able to move
 to next or previous question option from the grid along with Not Visited (white color), Visited
(Blue color) and Answered (Green Color) questions.

14. Click on the End Subject button only when you have answered all the questions or are ready
to move to next section. If you have time remaining in hands it is suggested to use it for
revision purpose as it won’t be carried forward and you will not be allowed to return to
Section-A again.

15. Once you submit Section-A you will be landing on the Experimental Skill Test : Section-B page.
You will have to answer questions based on the video shown within 15 minutes’ duration for
each subject i.e. Physics; Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology respectively. You can see any
video for two times maximum. At first video starts automatically and in order to view it again
you will have to click on Replay Media. Once you click on Go to Questions you won’t be able
to see the video again. As the timer does not work while watching the video it will start
working when you land on questions page.
16. Click on the End Subject button only when you have answered all the questions of Section-B and
are ready to move to Section-C : Assessment of Scientific Video (ASV) at the end of the Section-
B. Here you will have to assess the video and answer the questions based on the same. Students
will be given 20 minutes to answer the questions. If you have time remaining in hands it is
suggested to use it for revision purpose as you will not be allowed to return here or attempt exam
again.

17. When you are done with Section-C Questions, Click on END EXAM to submit/upload answer
sheet. Now you will be landing on the page where you will be asked to TURN OFF AIRPLANE
MODE and TURN ON WiFi or INTERNET.

When Red colored text indicators changes in GREEN Color means it is done.
 18. Now submit Answer sheet by all three options I) Upload Answersheet, 2) Upload File and via
3) Send Email.

When Blue colored buttons changes in GREEN Color means it is done.

Send Email option button won’t change its color.

You will also receive a pop-up message of confirmation - “file uploaded successfully.”
Notice: Do not log out or uninstall the App until you have not uploaded your Answersheet. It is also
suggested not to logout or install it until the result is declared.

INSTRUCTIONS RELATED TO MEETING APPLICATION

B. Mobile / Laptop Device

1. In their second device students will need to install VVM Meeting State Camp 2021-22
App (mobile/tablet devices only). There is no need to install the same in laptop devices
as there is direct link to connect with meeting. Students will be able to login in the
Apps using their vvm login credentials. Meeting App for mobile devices is available for
download on Google Playstore and link is also given on the home page of vvm’s
website https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.narmware.iisf
2. Students need to join the meeting 5 minute before commencement of the final exam.
They need to click on the JOIN MEETING option to join the same.
3. Students can leave the meeting once they upload the answer sheet and confirm the
same to the observer/invigilator.
