Description Two components aliphatic acrylic polyurethane coating.

It is fast drying with good application properties
Easily over coated over extended periods
Providing the surface defense against weather and splash of mild chemicals

Recommended use as a deluxe finishing coat at a wide variety of any substrate especially
in marine and industrial atmosphere

Previous coat Dry and free form any contamination and sufficiently roughened if necessary
All surface to be Must be clean, free from rust, oil grease or other foreign matter using wash,
painted detergent, or solvent wipe.
Preceding coat: SIMACOVER EP PRIMER, SIMACOVER EP ALUMINIUM, or SIMACOVER EP UNICOAT

Application instruction

Condition Recommended
Weather Temperature : Min 50C, max 500C
Relative humidity : Max 85 %
Substrate temperature Shall be at least 30C above dew point.

Mixing ratio Base : Hardener = 9 : 1 [by volume]
temperature of the mixture should be above 150C
Thinner Sima Thinner 43-00
Should be added after mixing the components, and stir well before use
preferable by means of mechanical mixer. Too much solvent may result in
lower sag resistance and slower cure.

Packing and size instruction

Packing size (two packs product): 5 and 20 liters

Storage The product must be storage in accordance with national regulation. Preferred
storage condition are to keep the containers in the dry space provided with
adequate ventilation. The containers should be sealed tightly.

Safety Precaution Wear suitable protective clothing such as overalls, goggles, dust mask and
gloves. Ventilation shall be maintained from coating application until the
completion of curing in order to remove residue of solvents and promote
curing. Do not breathe the vapour or spray. This product is flammable. Keep
away from sources of ignition. Do not smoke.
