LISTING PROCESS
1. Submit Bitrue Listing Application
You team is required to ll out and submit the token listing application
provided below; please ll honestly and sincerely.

Requested documents:
White-paper, Technical review report, Certi cate of Incorporation, Legal
Opinion / Token Legal Memorandum, Prospectus of token distribution and
sale.

2. Internal / External Listing Evaluation:


We will review the application and send out a con rmation or decline in 2 -
3 working days. We also cooperate with External Institutions to verify
provided information and conduct due diligence and review and validate
eligibility with Listing Deliberation Committee including leading experts in
Technical, Financial, Legal elds.

3. Contract Review and Negotiations


If your application is approved, we will present the speci ed terms for our
listing partnership to your team and course correct till we have the most
mutually bene cial, effective and ideal conditions.

4. Agreement Signing with Bitrue listing / Marketing


Upon reaching a nal agreement, an authorized signatory from your team
is required to approve by signing alongside our CEO’s signature. All listing
fees/costs stated in the contract are required to be paid immediately upon
signing.

5. List Project on Bitrue


After the agreements have been signed and all fees and costs have been
paid, integration, brie ng, preparations and announcement will be made
within the next 2 week period and listing will launched in week 3.
