them and start again.

Internships often provide students with the exposure they need before actually
entering the corporate world. It helps in building the overall personality of an
individual and prepares them for the corporate lifestyle .

The university provided the students with internship opportunities to work


and gain experience from them.The internship was to be carried out as per the
guidelines of the university. The internship helped in gaining practical
knowledge and was helpful in learning how a professional workplace operate.

numerous students . they train them and makes them future ready . they allow
their interns to work on real projects and gain experience as a true
employee.AIM India mainly focuses in the wealth management sector and has
tie ups with several banks. They also tie up with several educational
institution to provide internship opportunity to several students.the domains
which they mainly focus on are : HR Consultancy , Portfolio Management

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
AIM INDIA follows a very traditional organization structure . they keep it
simple yet dynamic. The organization has been structured with centralized
leadership .They follow a very direct and effective chain of command which
allows them to work efficiently.

AIM follows the functional structure for their organization .


The director Mr. Himalya Sethi himself heads the company and oversees the
operations of the organization . He is also one of the the Co-founders and
owner of the organization.
Apart from them we have two more director. Mr. Kamlesh Sethi ( Co-
founder) and Chetna Gumber who manages the overall organization .

Below them are the managers who direct the operations and takes care of the
overall management .Each department has their own manger who controls and
manages that particular department for the organization .

The sales department is headed by the corporate sales manger , the HR area
manger leads the Hr department and the admin manger oversees the
administration department . The organization also has business development
mangers who are responsible for getting business for the organization.
All these manager coordinate with one another to get the best results for the
firm . The mangers have a team of associates and interns who does all the
lower management work as instructed by the managers .

Marketing Mix covers all the aspects of a comprehensive marketing plan for
any organization.They are often classified as 4 P’s of Marketing, i .e
Product , Price, Place and Promotion.

All the elements of the marketing mix work together and coordinate with one
another. Not only They helps the customers to better understand about the
product and services offered by the organization but they also allow the
organization to develop a successful product offering to their clients.

we were supposed to bring leads for our product and handle all marketing

investment bond with component of life cover. Mahajeevan Plus Plan is a non
linked investment option with individual limit pay and money back
endowment life insurance plan.

This insurance plan will surely ensure safe and secured investment.This help
the customers in keeping aligned cash flow along with the customers future
financial needs.

The policy is designed to ensure a long-term safety net by paying duration


shorter than your policy term.This policy not only provides a shorter pay
commitment of 12 years but also keeps the customer protected for a long term
of 15 years . Mahajeevan Plus Plan will also take care of the liquidity needs of
the clients through multiple money backs during the policy term.

This insurance plan ensures a continued life cover premium; through the Life
Cover Continuance (applicable after you have paid two full years’

premium paying tenure here can be 5,6 or 7 years as per the requirement of
the customer but the maturity period of the investment remains 15 years . also
this plan does not have the liquidity option but a great short term investment
option. The minimum amount which can be invested under this investment
option stands at Rs. 52,250.

This Internship importunity proved out to be the most valuable experience for
me . I was able to learn more and more as an individual and gained working
experience from this internship.I was able to explore all the domains and
understand the workings of all the profiles which will surely help in future.

I learned many thing during the tenure of my internship. I was able to gain
insights of the corporate world and understand the importance of
organizational goal. Most importantly I learned that when working in a
team ,there is no ‘I’ but only ‘We’.

I was able to boost up my self esteem and confidence with working with the

Patience was the key virtue which I was able to grasp after completing my
