ON CREDO

Concept of CREDO

The root understanding of the word Credo is, "to hold dear," "to cherish," or "to set one's heart upon."
There are few human experiences that are as personal, as powerful, as vexing and as potentially divisive
as spirituality, religion, faith, and difference in world-views. The world yearns for leaders who are able to
navigate the complexity of our world in a way that honors differences and embraces opportunities to
work together through socially responsible leadership.

Based on the situation of educational institutions and human resource, and also your vision, core values
and principles, formulate a CREDO that would guide leaders who are working on its human resources.

CAPSTONE PAPER

CAPSTONE PAPER

1. A CAPSTONE PAPER is an academic paper that serves as a summary of a student's

experience.  It is designed to encourage students to think critically, solve challenging
problems, and develop skills such problem analysis and definition, literature review,
framework development, problem-solving, goal setting, planning, strategizing, etc
2. It is advisable to think about the topic from the very beginning of the program. Take notes
and write down the ideas that come up during the classes. Think about the topics that
interested you the most and seem manageable.
3. Think about situations where your knowledge from the course can be applied. Your
capstone project should highlight the knowledge and skills you obtained during the course
and how you can apply this in your institution.
4. Prepare the capstone paper by asking yourself, why you want to write about that particular
topic. Highlight the scope of information available and sources. Think about the research
that you plan to do in your project and what methods you plan to use: analyze a certain
process, pick certain idea, etc. Set the aims that you wish to achieve with this paper.
