RE : BEAUTIFICATION AND LANDSCAPING OF FRONT AND SIDE GARDEN PLOTS

The undersigned would like to request the beautification and enhancement of the existing landscape
on the main building to make the office more pleasant and well organized. This activity will include
removal of all small plants, leaving the palms and bird’s nest fern (pakpak lawin), and replanting them
properly and orderly while maintaining a good view of the main building.

Since we will be replanting the same plants, we will only request minimal budget allotment to purchase
garden tools for the said activity.
