Internship Report

1. Prepare summer internship report in 6000 words and submit to the faculty supervisor.

2. Report must be handwritten and it should be prepared in the format given below:

i. Title page (your name, organization’s name where you interned, University’s

name with Department, Name of your supervisor with whom you interned,

workshop coordinator’s name)

ii. Certificate of Internship (which you will get from the organization where you will

intern)

iii. Declaration

iv. Acknowledgement

v. Preface (describe the nature of internship briefly (work or project or case studies),

methods used, result and conclusion. It should not be longer than 150 words,

typed using Times new roman, 12 size fonts.
