Summary by DR Paulos

Dr. Paulos oversees a wellness center that uses Blu Room light therapy. Initially skeptical, he has seen overwhelming positive results over four years. Blu Room sessions have led to: increased bone density and faster fracture healing; resolution of infections; reduced depression symptoms; PTSD reversal; faster exercise recovery; some cancer remissions; and fewer surgical infections. Dr. Paulos can now recommend Blu Room sessions to complement medical treatment for many conditions and as preventative health and exercise therapy.

Physician statement on Blu Room benefits

I have been the oversight physician at the U Wellness Center in Yelm,

Washington since 2015. As a “Western trained” physician, my initial thoughts
were that the positive effects that we would see (if any), would be related to the
possible increase in Vitamin D levels. I was keen on documenting the results
over time. Admittedly, the concept of not exposing the skin to the light, and that
the effects would still occur at the “cellular level” was a stretch for me.

My initial research revealed that the UVB narrowband light frequency was much
safer than the UVC and UVA frequencies. Nevertheless, we instituted safety
precautions to assure there would be no ill effects. Skin was covered and fair
skinned people spent fewer minutes per session. There is the occasional patient
that will get an erythema on their initial visit, but for reasons I can’t explain, the
redness disappears within hours and doesn’t return with subsequent visits. There
is little or no “tanning effect.”

The client responses and their dedicated use of the Blu Room have been
overwhelming. We soon had to add another room to service clients! My initial
skepticism concerning the cellular effects of light frequencies has been totally
abolished. In the last four years, there have been numerous studies
demonstrating both the psychological and electro-physiological effects on cellular
function, DNA plasticity and mind-body healing, all of which the Blu Room
addresses.

Through my observations and record reviews, I have concluded some surprising

results, some that can be attributed to increased Vitamin D levels and (since so
many maladies showed positive results) some that can only be explained via the
effect of light frequencies at the cellular level.

To be clear, we never used Blu Room sessions in place of accepted medical

treatments, only in conjunction with them. I have since concluded that Blu Room
sessions facilitate other treatment modalities physically, biologically and
psychologically:

A. Increased bone mass, decreased fracture healing times, and hair and nail
rejuvenation.
B. Resolution and/or prevention of virulent bacterial and viral infections.
C. Decreased or complete reversal of depression and Bi-polar symptoms
D. Reversal of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders
E. Shortened post-exercise recovery times
F. Cancer remissions
G. Reduction in surgical site infections

After over four years and a thousand patients, I can whole heartedly and without
reservation recommend Blu Room sessions to anyone who is searching for a
safe and complimentary modality for the treatment of many medical conditions,
as well as an addition to their preventive health and exercise regimes.
