Problem statement :-

1. Create a 3 storey building with 2 flats in each floor.

GROUND FLOOR:-Our plot is located in a L-shaped pattern connected with the road.
We have provided two entrances to the premises. A broader gate for the easy
movement of vehicles and a small gate for the free movement of the people.
Our Ground floor consists of a dedicated car parking spot and a community
hall. The community hall is provided with two washrooms. It can be used in case of
any function and also be used so as to earn revenue.

FIRST FLOOR :- Our first floor consists of two flats as mentioned in the problem
statement. One flat is of 3 BHK and the other is of 2 BHK.
The 3 BHK flat consists of a drawing cum living room with a common washroom
followed by a kitchen cum dining room. It has three bed rooms in which all the three
have access to the balcony. Two bed rooms have front facing attached balcony and the
third bedroom have personalized attached balcony. Two of the Bed rooms has attached
toilet cum bathroom facility. Adequate Windows and Ventilators are placed for proper
ventilation.
The 2 BHK flat consists of drawing room with common washroom facility followed by a
kitchen cum dinning room, a free walking corridor followed by a common balcony. It
has two bedrooms in which the master bedroom have attached toilet cum bathroom
facility and a front facing attached balcony. Adequate Windows and Ventilators are
placed for proper ventilation.

SECOND FLOOR :- Our 2nd floor consists of two flats as mentioned in the problem
statement. One flat is of 2 BHK and the other is of 3 BHK.
The 2 BHK flat consists of drawing room with common washroom facility followed by a
kitchen cum dining room, a free walking corridor followed by a common balcony. It
has two bedrooms in which the master bedroom has attached toilet cum bathroom

attached toilet cum bathroom facility. Adequate Windows and Ventilators are placed
for proper ventilation.
