III. PROCEDURE

Awareness Setting of house rules:


 Always wear your mask
 Refrain from answering in chorus.
 Raise your hand if you want to answer.
 Listen carefully to the teacher.
 Wait if your name is called
 Participate actively in the discussion.
Drill:
The teacher will present sets of numbers. The pupils will identify the missing numbers in each
set.
Review:
Sets of pictures will be shown. The pupils will count the number of pictures in each set and
will say the correct answer.

The teacher will recognize all the pupils who actively participated the activity. The teacher
will give all of them an AMAZING Clap.

Motivation: Story Telling

 Kinsa ang managhigala?


 Kinsa ang adunay blocks?
 Pila kabuok iyang unang blocks?
 Pila kabuok ang gihatag ni Mario?
 Pila na tanan ang blocks ni Miko?

Activity The teacher will guide the pupils in counting the total number of blocks.

Ang hulagway nga anaa sa babaw nagpakita sa blocks ni Miko.


Basi sa hulagway adunay 2 ka grupo sa tagnapulo ug 5 ka tinagsa.
2 ka tagnapulo ug 5 ka tinagsa makahimo ug numero 25.
Busa si Miko adunay 25 ka blocks.
The teacher will present the Place Value Chart.

there are 2 sets of tens. While number 5 is under ones column.

The teacher will post a place value chart with numbers on the board. She will call pupils who

Analysis  Ang digit usa ka simbolo nga gamiton sa numero. Ang 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 ang
gitawag og digit.
 Ang place value mao ang lugar nga nahimutangan sa matag digit.
 Sa pag-ila sa place value sa kada digit sa numero, mogamit kita og place value chart
ug atong tan-awon ang digit kon asa kini nasakop.
 Atong timan-an nga ang tinagsa (ones) kanunay anaa sa unang digit gikan sa tuo ug
dinhi magsugod sa pag-ila sa place value. Ang ikaduhang digit gikan sa tuo mao ang
tagnapulo (tens).

Abstraction The teacher will ask the following questions:


 Unsa ang usa ka simbolo nga gamiton sa numero? ( Answer: Digit)

 Unsay tawag sa lugar nga nahimutangan sa matag digit?


( Answer: place value)
 Gikan sa tuo, unsa ang tawag sa unang digit? (Answer: Tinagsa)
 Unsay tawag sa ikaduhang digit? (Answer: Tagnapulo)
 Pwede ba magkabalibali ang place value? Ngano man?
 Ngano kinahanglan nato mahibaw-an ang place value sa matag numero?
 Sa istorya nila Miko ug Mario, unsa man ang imo nakuha nga maayong
pamatasan? (Answer: Pagkamanggihatagon)
The class will be divided into 4 groups. Each group will perform different task.
Application Group 1: Place Value Chart
They will be given a place value chart with number. They will place the digit in its correct
column which corresponds to its place value.

the correct number and identify the place value of each digit.
