SUMMARY OF The school-based training was participated by the 8

The 5-day In-Service training (INSET) for Public School


Teachers for SY 2020-2021 was held at Carmenville
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Subdivision, Poblacion, Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental on
December 14-18,2020. The training was school-based and
there were 8 teacher-participants in the said training.

The training – workshop is designed to:


1. orient teachers on the OUCI-2020-307 – Suggested
measures to foster “academic ease” during the
COVID-19 Pandemic

2. determine concerns, issues, gaps and problems


during the first quarter implementation of the
Modular Distance Learning for the following:
a. delivery and retrieval of modules
b. utilization of the self-learning modules
c. checking of modules
d. stakeholders’ consultation with teachers and
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES: school officials
e. improvement of modules
f. implementation of health protocols in school

3. formulate solutions for the identified CIGPs into an


action plan

4. orient teachers on DepEd Order no.31, s. 2020 –


Interim guidelines for assessment and grading in light
of the COVID-19 of the Basic Education Learning
Continuity Plan

5. revisit DepEd Order no. 10,s.2016 – Policy


Guidelines on Comprehensive WINS Program

M & E ANALYSIS:

The Training-workshop was held for five (5) days at


Carmenville Subdivision, Pob., Guih. City, Neg. Or. The food
of the participants and materials used were charged to the
GENERAL COMMENTS: respective School MOOE fund. The venue was spacious and
ventilated and was conducive and suited for small group
training purposes.

During the training, minor technical problems on power point


ISSUES ENCOUNTERED: presentation and overlapping virtual conferences have been
held. On the other hand, concerned teachers were able to
manage their time and finish the whole training complying
the outputs required.
