MALANA with office address in Palihan, Hermosa, Bataan FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the amount One
Hundred Thousand (Php 100,000.00) Philippine Currency, and other valuable consideration, receipt of which hereby
acknowledged from JEK TRADING AND CONSTRUCTION represented by CRISANTE P. ILAYA with office
address in Roman Super Highway, Imelda, Samal, Bataan, DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER AND CONVEY and
by these present SOLD, TRANSFERRED CONVEYED unto the said heavy equipment, the letters heirs and assigns,
that equipment described as follows;

Description : 4 Units Barge 10ft x 8ft


2 Units Barge 8ft x 6ft

That the vendee received the said equipment with complete parts, tested and checked properly by his
representative and as is where is condition. There is no warranty and no guaranty by the vendor.
