AUSTRALIA VISA REQUIREMENTS:

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR AUSTRALIA VISA: (TOURIST / BUSINESS VISA)

(FIL, ROC, PROC) Direct Filling to VFS every Thursday or Friday Only

1. Completely filled up Tourist Visa Application Form (Please avoid erasures)


2. Affixed with one 3 pcs size 2x2 colored photos,
- with white back ground, full-face front view, and no hat.
- Photo must glued on the application form.
- Stapled pictures will not be accepted.
- Scanned photos will also not be accepted.
3. Passpor t : your passport must have at least 6 months validity from the intended date of entry to
Australia. Photocopy ALL pages with content. This means photo page, visas amendments, endorsements,
entry/exit stamps.
- At the back of the passport, emergency contact details should filled up. (A must )
4. NSO Marriage Cont ract / Birt h Cert ificat e (if traveling w/ spouse/family).
5. Proof of Funds ? (photocopy) Passbook w/ Bank Certification, Time Deposit (if any)
- Last 3 months bank statement / last 3 months credit card statement
- Copies of your bank deposit books showing your history of savings or salary.
6. Proof of Asset ? (photocopy) Land Title Certificate, Car Registration OR/PR, or any property documents.
7. Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) ? (clear photocopy) .

- Employment Certificate - with salary details + Leave of absence from the Company
- Income Tax Return w/ receipt from BIR
- Company I.D (clear copy)

FOR STUDENT / M INOR:

- Bir t h Cer t if icat e (Original NSO to be submitted delivered directly to Australian Embassy).
- M ar r iage Con t r act (Original NSO to be submitted delivered directly to Australian Embassy)

IM PORTANT REM INDERS:


- Please submit complete documents to avoid delays in processing.
- Please do not leave any blank in the application form. Kindly put "N.A." if it's not applicable.
- Make sure that the back page of the passport is completely filled-up (address, tel numbers
and name of person to be contacted in case of emergency.
