Conversation

Nurse: "Excuse me, good morning"

Patient : " good morning nurse "

Nurse: " let me Introduce my self i’m nurse Aliya who is on duty this morning, what's your name?”

Patient : " my name is Rara nurse "

Nurse: "Okay Ms. Rara, how are you today? Any complaints?.

Patient: "I have a fever, cough and runny nose for the past two days"

Nurse: "OK, if I may ask why did you get sick?"

Patient: "a few days ago I got rained on when I came home nurse, and these few days I seem to be
tired due to a busy class schedule"

Nurse: "OK, now I will check your vital signs, first, I will measure your body temperature using this
thermometer. Pls put the termometer under your armpit pls”

Patient: "Okay nurse, how long will it take?"

Nurse: "One until two minutes ma , until the device sounds beeps, ok, your body temperature is 39°C,
it's very high, Mom, then I'll check your blood pressure ,excuse me ms I'm going to put this cuff around
your arm then I'll pump some air into it, so I can read your blood pressure, how does that feel ok?

Patient : ok nurse

Nurse :”ok, your blood pressure is 110/80 is normal , you don't have to worry about this.

Nurse : “Now i'm going to Count your breath for one minute ,so.you can breathe normally inhale and
exhale yes?and your respiratory rate is 20 per minute.

Patient: "Then what about my fever, nurse?"

Nurse: "ok, I'll report it to the doctor so that you will be given medicine and you can do warm
compresses at home, ms, now you can wait in waiting room before the doctor calls you"

Patient : " ok nurse "

Nurse: "Okay, is there anything you want to ask?"

Patient : “no sus i think it's enough”

Nurse: "ok mom please wait before being called by the doctor, ma'am, thank you get well soon".
Patient : “thank you so much sus”
