DEVELOPMENTAL ACTIVITIES The teacher will ask students what they will do
if the chain of their bike breaks. And what tools
Motivation or equipment can be used to fix it?

Activity The teacher will give an activity called Pass the


ball. Students will pass the ball to their
classmates, and if the teacher stops the music,
the last student to touch it will answer the
question.

Analysis The teacher will ask the following questions;

 What is the essence of knowledge tools


and equipment, and how will help you in
the field?
 What is the best way to prevent
accidents or any circumstances in the
field?
 You need a wrench in your field to
repair something, but you misplace it,
and all that you have are pliers. What
should you do? And why?

Abstraction The teacher will discuss the following:


 Basic Hand Tools and equipment and
its uses 
 Identify proper hand tools and
equipment in performing a job
 Identifying unsafe or defective tools

Application “ACTION STAR”

In this activity, the students will be grouped into


two.

The first group will identify the safe and good


condition tools inside the toolbox and put them
properly on the table within 5 min. The second
group will perform with the tools selected by
the first group and use them in repairing 4
problems maximum of 6 min.
