Guide : Good Morning. I would like to do check-out for my group.
Rcptionst : Good Morning Mrs. May i know your group name?
Guide : Yes, Florida Group.
Rcptionst : Very well. I will check it first
(wait for a moment)
Rcptionst : Florida Group, with room number 301 until 310, staying for 2 nights from 10-12
January. Is that right?
Guide : Yes, thats right. Have You checked all of personal expenses? If there are some
personal expenses of my group please put the note and i will let them to finalize with
you.
: Also, can you ask the bellboy for help me to handle my group baggages?
Rcptionst : All right, wait a minutes i wil put the note now. And I will call the bellboy for you.
Guide : Ok, Thank you very much.
Rcptionst : Your Welcome

Rcptionist: Excuse me Mrs, This is our bellboy. He will help you to handle your group luggage.

there. Please to finalize it now.
Guide : Very well. I will let them to finalize with you.
Rcptionst : Thank you.
Guide : You’re welcome.

Guide : Good morning L&G. May i have your attention please.
Tourist : Good Morning, miss.
Guide : How’s your sleep last night? Hope you all have a sleep well. Everyone already have
the breakfast?
Tourist : Yes, We have done
Guide : Great.
: L&G, because this is your last day on Surabaya, and you all have to check out, i
would like to remaind you all, have you put all of your baggages? And have you
checked all of your belongings in your room? I hope there will not be any left behind.
And for those who have made personal expenses please come to check at front
office to finalize.
Tourist : Ok miss.

already on the board too. Today, we will start your tour. You will visit many tourism
object like : Heroes Monument, House Of Sampoerna, Ampel Mosque and Cak Ning
Souvenir shop before i will deliver you to Juanda Airport. Any question ?
Tourist : No
Guide : Very well. Everyone ready to start your tour?
Tourist : Yes, we are
Guide : Great. Please go on board now and dont forget to check your personal belonging.
