I. OBJECTIVES
Content Standard The learners demonstrate fundamental construction skills in
making a 3-dimensional craft that expresses balance, artistic
design, and repeated variation of decorations and colors.

Performance Standard Constructs 3-D craft using primary and secondary colors,
geometric shapes, space, and repetition of colors to show balance
of the structure and shape.

Learning Competencies Applies knowledge of colors, shapes, and balance in creating paper
beads.

III. PREPARATION
Student Materials The students by group will bring the following materials: Glue,
Scissors, Yarn, Colored Paper, Ruler, Pencil, and Stick.

Logistics The teacher will arrange the classroom where the students will do
the art activity in the following
 Armchairs with circle set up.
 There are 5 students in a group.
 Every group there are trash bin on the sides.
Class Management Before starting the activities, the teacher will do the following:
 Prayer
 Greetings
 Checking the attendance
 Classroom guidelines
 Checking students’ materials and discuss each materials
function.
 Give students an enough time to prepare their materials and
put it in the proper designation.

During the activity:


 The teacher will discuss the safety and precaution while
using the materials in making the activity to avoid accident.
 Give 20 minutes to the students in creating paper beads
activity.
 Observe and check every student’s performance.

After the activity:


 Ask the students to recheck their works before they pass it.
 Give 1 to 2 minutes to the students to clean their workspace.
 Select 1 representative in each group to share and present
their artwork.
