b. Identify the parts of Endocrine System, as well as the function of each part.

What Is the Endocrine

System?
The endocrine system is made
up of glands that make
hormones. Hormones are the
body's chemical messengers.
They carry information and
instructions from one set of
cells to another.

The endocrine system

influences almost every cell,
organ, and function of our
bodies.

The endocrine system is

responsible for many amazing
bodily processes: growth,
sexual development, the fight
or flight response to danger,
and the process by which cells
make energy and synthesize “6! Pituitary, pancreas,
insulin. adrenals, thyroid, ovary,
testes.”
Too much or too little of any
hormone can harm the body.
