Scope / Major Project Activities:


● Install and configure inventory and fulfillment tracking software that employees
will use to manage inventory and deliveries, including auditing existing Office
Green software and developing optimizations.
● Install the new software on all Office Green devices and equipment (laptops,
mobile devices and hard drives)
● Install fulfillment equipment in Office Green’s warehouses
● Create training manuals and a maintenance guide for the software and
equipment
● Meet with two Office Green employees to review training manuals and answer
questions about the software and equipment
Out-of-scope activities:
● Ongoing training of employees (beyond the contract date)
● Ongoing maintenance of software (beyond the contract date)
Deliverables:
● Installation and configuration of inventory fulfillment tracking software
● Creation of training manuals and maintenance guide
Schedule Overview / Major Milestones:
● Milestone 1: Software configuration and installation
● Milestone 2: Equipment installation
