CHRISTIAN FAITH EDUCATION

I thought of these projects because Christmas was approaching. The importance of these we want
to convey to the youth and especially to our dear senior citizens left behind in senior centers who
have someone who loves them and gives them fun. This is very important because Christmas is

approaching and they need to be happy because it is Christmas you feel joy because you
associate good things with the holiday. This is because your brain recognizes the previous joy of
family time and the excitement of gifting as per the feelings you had as a child.

c. How can you say that your activities are logically arranged (i.e., one activity gives rise to the
next one)?

Because the sequence of activity I want to follow is in line with the day and time spent on it.
First the bible study and then the visitation with the adults and the last is the opening gift for the
children. Before carrying out an activity it is necessary to think carefully and plan to know the
sequence to be done.

d. Why do you think you need the time or duration you specified to accomplish each of the
activities?

Because planning is very important especially if the project you are going to do is very large. If
not prepared properly, a project will be a waste of your time. Especially It helps us to identify
our goals clearly. It makes us decide clearly and concretely what we need to do to have the effect
on society that we want. It helps us make sure that we all understand our goal and what we need
to do to reach it by involving everyone in the planning process.

e. Who do you think are the people who can directly benefit and help you realize the project?

My family because they are the ones who help to fulfill those projects. We will work together to
help others and be able to bring fun to children and adults. For our family giving blessings to
other people is very valuable especially how much you receive. My grandfather said it's better
than to give than to receive.

f. What are the resources needed to implement the project?

I will ask for help from my relatives and ask for a donation so that something can be added to the
expenses. I will also plan how to properly budget the money collected. Prioritize what should be
bought and do the things that should be prioritized.

g. What are some of the possible risks or threats that may contribute to the failure of the project?

The things that can hinder this is the pandemic in our time now it is very difficult to socialize
with others especially our goal is to help the elderly and children. Children and adults are prone
to the disease so it is also very difficult for us how to deal with it. The project can still be carried

out as long as there is a proper plan on how to prevent diseases. Like wearing a face mask and
carrying alcohol so that the project will be safe.

2. Intent of the Project (5 points)

Guide Question:
Why are you interested in pursuing this project?

Because I want to help children who don’t have proper toys and the adults who are left in senior
shelters. We want to give them joy somehow because Christmas is approaching and the birth of
Jesus Christ is approaching. We need to give and work together to be able to give a smile to
every sadness they feel every day of their impatience. Be able to give joy to children who do not
have proper toys and bring them closer to God's hand through bible study.

3. Impact of the Project (5 points)

Guide Question:
What benefits will this project give to the people in the community and to you?

The benefits I get from this project and good lessons for me and experience to awaken my mind
to helping others. You will realize how hard life is when you are in that situation and you will
realize that if your family is rich, it is not bad to help and give joy to other people especially the
elderly and children.

4. Christian Faith and the Project (15 points)

Guide Question:
How does this project relate to the principles and insights discussed in this course? (These
principles include: Christian Mission [theocentric view of mission], Incarnation [Christ as the
model of mission], Sacramental principle [Christ as the revealer of the Father], Christ’s
relationship with the Father, Kingdom of God [Christ’s salvific mission], Church’s Mission,
Humility in Service [Greatest in the Kingdom]).

First Christian mission is an organized effort to spread Christianity to new converts. Missions
involve sending individuals and groups across boundaries. Like bible study, it shows what
teachings God has taught us and what the importance of God's word is. Incarnation, central
Christian doctrine that God became flesh, that God assumed a human nature and became a man
in the form of Jesus Christ, the Son of God and the second person of the Trinity. Christ was truly
God and truly man. such as incarnation, sacrament principle, Christ relationship with the father
and church mission humility and service are related to the project we want to accomplish
because here God teaches us how we should help our neighbor and give satisfaction to those in

need. Let us learn to give to others and let us learn to be grateful for the things we receive
because the grace comes naturally and the grace that is waiting will never come. In this world we
can only live once so we can learn to be happy and rejoice. Let us learn to obey God's
commandments and communicate the word of God so that we can help others and awaken to
love our God.
