Practical 1 First Session - Ball Feeling

This document provides coaching points and practices for developing ball feeling skills. It outlines 7 practices that focus on dribbling techniques like keeping the ball tight, changing direction and speed, and using feints. Players work on dribbling lines and channels, moving in confined spaces, and getting past defenders. The practices progressively increase difficulty by expanding space, adding defenders, and restricting touches. The goal is to help players enhance control, awareness, and ability to beat opponents when running with the ball.
