FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2-31, 2022

Performed tasks including:

Administered medications to patients.


Cleaning the wounds of patients.
Did other tasks assigned by my supervisor.
Arranged important documents.
Looked for the Patient’s record upon consultation.
Recorded patient’s vital signs and medical information.
Took the patient’s blood pressure, temperature, weight, and height.
Assisted Covid-19 Vaccination.
Assisted patients with their needs and questions.
Assisted midwife during check-ups of pregnant women.
Assisted the Municipal Health Office in suturing patient’s deep wounds.
Assisted in the vaccination for COVID-19 of Senior citizens in Cayanga.
Assisted the Municipal Health Office/Resident on duty during consultation.
Assisted the Municipal Health Office in the circumcision of kids and prepare all the necessary
equipment needed.
