Go to Main Menu > Options > Keyboard/Mouse, then enable Allow Developer Console.

Load the game, then press the tilde (~) key to open the console.

Type sv_cheats 1 at the prompt and press Enter to enable cheats.

Ent_Remove Removes all bots.

sv_infinite_ammo 1 Gives unlimited ammunition.

give pistol Get a pistol.

god Grants invincibility.

buddha 1 God Mode (with damage).

noclip Toggles no clipping mode.

give ammo Grants full ammunition.

z_spawn weapon_SMG Spawns a SMG.

Vocalize Vocalizes the player character.

z_spawn mob Spawn a zombie horde.

z_spawn # (replace # with any of the following: hunter, boomer, smoker, witch,
tank) Spawns a special Infected.

give hunting_rifle Spawns a hunting rifle.

z_spawn tank Spawns a Tank enemy.

z_spawn smoker Spawns a Smoker enemy.

z_spawn hunter Spawns a Hunter enemy.

z_spawn boomer Spawns a Boomer enemy.

give health Grants full health.

give autoshotgun Spawns an auto shotgun.

give pain_pills Spawns pain pills.

firstperson Play in first-person mode (this cheat code is only necessary if third-
person mode is enabled)

thirdperson Set camera to third-person mode.

z_health Change zombie health.

z_common_limit Set maximum number of regular zombies.

director_panic_forever 0/1 Toggles never-ending panics.


director_force_panic Forces a panic event.

z_speed Changes zombie speed.

z_spawn zombie Spawns a single zombie.

give pipe_bomb Creates a pipebomb.

give propanetank Spawns a propane tank.

give oxygentank Spawns an oxygen tank.

give molotov Creates a molotov.

give gascan Spawns a gas can.

give first_aid_kit Spawns a first aid kit.

z_frustration_lifetime <#> Set seconds until player loses control of the Tank.

sb_friendlyfire <1/0> Sets whether bots can inflict friendly fire damage.

thirdpersonshoulder Sets camera to over-the-shoulder third-person mode.

tongue_range <#> (default 750) Set maximum range of Smoker's tongue attack.

tongue_fly_speed <#> Set maximum speed for the Smoker's tongue.

director_stop Disable all wanderers, mobs, specials, and bosses.

director_no_mobs <1/0> Disables mob rushes.

z_tank_health <#> Sets maximum Tank health.

z_witch_allow_change_victim <1/0> Allows the Witch to change targets.

z_witch_burn_time Sets time for a Witch to die from burning.

z_witch_damage <#> Sets the Witch's damage level.

director_no_human_zombies 0/1 Toggles controllable boss Infected on any map.

retry Unlocks achievements while using cheats (this code will restart the game with
cheats enabled).

impulse 101 Gives ammo to primary weapon.

z_pounce_damage X Sets Survivor damage level.

sb_give <#> (the console should give you a list) Gives entity to bot
teammates.

z_pounce_door_damage <#> Sets damage for door pounces.

sb_openfire or open_fire Makes bot teammates shoot nonstop.
