[15 Marks] Itis said that there is no man in this world who does not have a problem. To a common man, a problem can be anything that disturbs his equilibrium because it prevents him from achieving something that he wants. It can also be anything that poses a difficulty to him or compounds a situation for him. It means that we are not free from problems. Since we do not live in a utopian world where everything is hunky dory we encounter many problems. If a student cannot find his pencil he has a problem. If the Prime Minister of the country can't find a solution to overcome the pandemic he has a problem. If the roof of a house is damaged by hailstones, a family has a problem. If somebody talks ill of us in our absence, we have a problem. If we are not allowed to go somewhere by our parents we have a problem. If we harm an innocent person by mistake we have a problem. Problems vary from person to person in terms of their complexity and seriousness. A situation that could be seen by a person as a problem may not be seen in the same way by some other person. A problem may affect an individual, a family, a community, a nation or the entire world. We create problems for ourselves in many ways. Many problems will disappear from our life when we manage our time well, respect our elders, show kindness to others and love the nature. When we manage our time well, we are able to execute many tasks we had planned for ourselves. It makes us feel a sense of achievement. When we are absorbed in our work, our mind ceases to become a devil's workshop. When we listen to our parents, we become good human beings. When we show kindness to others, we become better human beings. When we take care of the nature, natural calamities do not take birth. There are some people in this world who love to have those situations which many would call problems. These situations are opportunities for them to test themselves. They strongly believe ‘that these opportunities teach them many lessons of life and eventually help them | become better versions of themselves (a) How is problem defined in the opinion of a common man? 2 (b) How can we get rid of many of our problems in our life? 2] (c) Give one example each of personal problem and global problem.
