Problems:

1. Capacity problem (shortage of bed), when hospital face this issue doc ask post operative
patient to leave early, this may cause patient discomfort.
2. marketing and copy idea and may misuse technique and reoccurrence of disease
3. competitor offer no overnight stay this may be threat to shouldice hospital
4. Saturday off due to low capacity and doctor not want to join on Saturday

Solutions:

 Operation on evening shift for those who do not want to stay for 4 days
 Add floor
 Increase number of beds.
 On Saturday and work load will low on another day

 Increase salary when doctors want to leave so in that way they will not leave your
organization and no chance to copy of ideas.

 Operation on evening shift for those who do not want to stay for 4 days
 Quality service with reasonable cost

 On Saturday and increase salary of doctors


 Increase capacity
 Hire another staff for weekend
