Requirements for Approval of Contractor’s Competent and HSE 
Personnel 
 
HSE Online Registration 
 
The contractor shall be an ADWEA registered company, and then apply for HSE online 
using ADDC web site (www.addc.ae)  
 
 
  
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Required Documentations (to be attached with the application) 
 
Contractor's / Consultant’s Competent Person 
ƒ EHS online Registration  
ƒ Application for competency 
ƒ The application shall be attached with the followings: 
1. Nomination form approved by Project Consultant (where applicable)  
2. The Candidate’s C.V 
3. Qualification certificates  
4. Experience: Minimum three years experience  
5. Fire Fighting Training certificate 
6. First Aid training certificate 
7. Passport copy with valid Company Visa form the company applied  
8. Personal Photo 
9. Emirates ID 
10. Any other related documents

Contractor's / Consultant’s HSE Staff

ƒ Application for HSE Engineer/officer 
ƒ The application shall be attached with the followings: 
1. Nomination form approved by Project Consultant (where applicable)  
2. The candidate’s CV with Qualification and Experience Certificates  
3. Qualification:  BSc  Engineering  /  Engineering  Diploma,  HSE 
Qualification 
4. Experience:  Minimum  three  years  experience  in  large  size 
organization 
5. HSE training certificates (as per the Scope of the Contract) 
6. First Aid training certificate 
7. Passport copy with valid Visa form the company applied  
8. Personal Photo 
9. Emirates ID 
10. Any other related documents 
 

Contractor's / Consultant’s Testing Engineers 
 
ƒ EHS online Registration  
ƒ Application for T&P Engineer 
ƒ The application shall be attached with the followings: 
1. Nomination form approved by Project Consultant (where applicable)  
2. The candidate’s CV with Qualification and Experience Certificates  
3. Qualification: BSc Engineering 
4. Experience:  Minimum  three  years  experience  in  large  size 
organization as testing engineer 
5. Fire Fighting Training certificate 
6. First Aid training certificate 
7. Passport copy with valid Company Visa with designation Engineer 
8. Personal Photo 
9. Emirates ID

Contractor's / Consultant’s Cable Jointers 
 
ƒ EHS online Registration  
ƒ Application for Cable Jointer 
ƒ The application shall be attached with the followings: 
1. Nomination form approved by Project Consultant (where applicable)  
2. The candidate’s CV with Qualification and Experience Certificates  
3. Qualification 
4. Experience:  Minimum  three  years  experience  in  large  size 
organization as cable jointer 
5. Professional training certificate – cable manufacture 
6. Fire Fighting Training certificate 
7. First Aid training certificate 
8. Passport copy with valid Company Visa with designation cable jointer 
9. Personal Photo 
10. Emirates ID 
11. Any other related documents 
 
 
Process Time 

The  first  interview  will  be  within  five  working  days  from  the  date  HSEQ  receive  the 
application 
 
If  the  need,  then  2nd  interview  will  be  set  based  on  the  time  recommended  by
