1. An AFFIDAVIT (on Rs. 50 stamp paper) that firm / company has not been
blacklisted / defaulter and not involved in any kind of litigation whatsoever, with
PCAA or any other Government / Autonomous body.

2. The application for issuance of tender documents should be add


addressed to
Divisional Engineer ES E/M AIIAP Lahore along with copy of income tax, tax PEC
Certificate and professional tax certificates.

3. Tenders can be purchased up to 26th July 2022 by the contractors / firms after
depositing Rs.2000/- for the cost of tender documents (non refundable) from the
office of Divisional Engineer ES E/M Lahore.

4. The tenders will be received on 27th July, 2022 up to 1100 hours and will be
opened on the same day at 111130

5. No tender will be accepted without pay order of earnest money

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

7. PCAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders for sufficient
or cogent reasons which will be communicated to the bidder upon request.

8. Tender will not be issued to those contractors who are currently working or
have worked with PCAA and their perform

ance is not satisfactory with respect to
quality and time.

9. WARNING Only Pay order / Bank drafts to be submitted by the bidder and
contractors as earnest money / Bid security, if found fake or dishonored by issuing
bank / financial institution at any Pre / Post contract stage of the case, would call for
black listing and legal action as per law of the land.
