VCI Reset & Update Manual

VCI Unit & USB Cable


(Make sure the WDS/IDS & VCI Manager Software are installed already on the Laptop).

How To Use
Step How to Use & Position

1 Open VCI Manager

2 Open the bottom rubber cover of VCI unit

Prepare the VCI Connected with the USB Cable and Long
3 Press the Reset Button

Press the Reset Button

While Holding Press the Reset Button Connect the USB

Cable to the Laptop

After all the VCI Lights is turn ON once, release the Reset

Button.

Put the VCI on the table and look on the VCI Manager
6 Software Window. Wait until the VCI Unit is connected
and have the "RECOVER" menu.

7 Select "RECOVER" menu and then Click The "RECOVER"


button on the Left-Bottom of the window.

After Clicking the "RECOVER" button, it will change


8 directly to Update Window. Then, Click "Start Update"
button. If the Pop-up Window appear, Just Click "OK".

Wait until the VCI Update is Completed. When Update


9 have Completed, the Pop-up window will appear again,
just Click "OK" again.

When update is completed, wait until the VCI Manager

Window show that the VCI Unit is "Ready" to use.

If you want to use WDS/IDS directly, Click on "Connect"


button on the Left-Bottom VCI Manager Window. When

the VCI Connected, Close the VCI Manager Window
before you open the WDS/IDS Software.

12 Your WDS/IDS and VCI unit are Ready To Use Now.
