IV. Discussion: Finding the Simple Logic (20 points)


Instruction: Just answer the question "Why do both statements below have the same
conclusions despite their different conditions?
1. A person who has not had any jobs in the past five years is considered to have a poor job
history.
2. A person with more than ten jobs in the past five years is considered to have a poor job
history.

The statement above shows two different set of condition but it provides data that proves wether a
person have a job or not they are still considered to have a poor job history. This statement can be
considered true or false. This conclusion is drawn on the basis of an inductive method thus it can
never be proven, but it can be invalidated.
