C APPOINTMENT
The EMPLOYEE, who hereby accepts the appointment and is appointed as a
________________________________________________ for the EMPLOYER.
D DURATION
1.0 This agreement will become affective as from ___________ (insert date) and it will continue for an
indefinite period until it has been cancelled in terms hereof.
E. POSITION
3. In some instances, Employee will be required to Manage social media pages for the company and its
artists meaning (he/she will always be required to create/Upload content and keep pages active). This
Includes: (Youtube, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram).
4. Manage Studio Sessions: This will involve creating recording schedules for artists, appointments for
meetings, manage their studio time and allocate whatever studio programs for them. (we have over
200 membership artists and many more other clients for other musical deals ). Further more, Employee
will also be managing and receiving their studio recording data on the phone and transfer it to and fro
the Producers.
5. Employee will also manage schedules or sessions for any training sessions/workshops for
artists/producers and any related company activities.
6. Employee will be responsible for issuing receipts/invoices and quotations on behalf of the company
through the guide of the Admin Manager
7. Will be responsible for receiving clients, keeping them busy, making sure they are confortable and
attended for whatever programs they have come for.
8. Employe will be responsible for organising or running any errands for any programs created by the
company.
9. Employee will be responsible for spraying/Sanitising the clienets and studio rooms once sessions are
done.
10. Employee will be required to learn and understand all the studio products and services in details so that
they can wholly explain to anyone without misrepresentation on any information
1. The core of the EMPLOYEE’s duties towards the EMPLOYER is a duty to obey all lawful and
reasonable order and to perform such work as she / he is directed to perform which falls within his / her
vocational ability.
2. Without limiting the aforesaid duties, the EMPLOYEE is obliged to strictly comply with the provision of
this agreement, may not misappropriate the EMPLOYER’s property, keep all information entrusted to
him / her confidential and have to adhere to the general Code of Conduct that governs all relations with
co-employees, clients and patients.
3. The EMPLOYEE has to keep confidential any important and secret documents, statics, numbers and
other work-related information.
4. The EMPLOYEE has to avoid acts which can affect the stability and prosperity of the business.
1. The employee is s ot permitedto flirt ,date or faill in love with with N MBEATS artist ,worker or client .
Violation to this is misdemeanor .
2. The company shall not tolerate any acts of dishonesty or theft during the tenure of this agreement.
Employee is expected to be loyal, transparent and honest in all their dealings. (Employee shall not
connive with any mbeats workers such as producers to make private deals as this will amount to
instant dismissal. .
3. Employee shall not represnt any music related business other than that of Mbeats during the tenure of
this contract. During time of Employment with the Employer, Employee may not engage in any work
for another Employer that is related to or in competition with the Company. It is further acknowledged
that upon termination of your employment, you will not solicit business from any of the Employer’s
clients for a period of at least [1 year].
4. In the presence of clients, no employee is allowed expose confidencial information, private matters,
personal issues or conduct themnsleves in the most unproffesional way. This will warrant instant
dismissal.
5. Poor work ethic such as coming to work late, physically abstaining from work, knocking off before time
will not be tolerated.
6. Failing to attain goals, failing to meet deadlines, being lazy at work and failing to perfom expected tasks
will not be tolerated. (Dismisable offence)
7. Failure to offer solutions when ever any client querry arises will be regarded as a dismible offence. Any
communication made by a client will require urgent full feedback until the issue is concluded amicably
and within the shortest period of time.
9. Employee should have self respect and refrain from activities that would tarnish the
good hard earned reputation of the company.
F. REMNUNATION
The stated monthly salary (pay ZMK4000) will be Gross. (Increases apply after 6 months
based on good performance)
For work on studio phone, the company will always provide bundles and airtime
G. TERMINATION
1.The employment contract can be terminated before the end of the contract by mutual agreement
Between Employer and Employee.
2. This agreement may be terminated by either party by giving a one month’s written notice of termination of
service the one to the other, provided that such notice must be given on the 1st day of the particular month.
3. A new contract has to be made 30 days prior to the expiration date if the parties want to renew.
1. Employer and Employee have to resolve disputes by negotiation, However if negotiation fail this
contract of employment are solely to be settled by the application of the Zambian Law.
After reading thoroughly, and well comprehending, the above agreements in this
employment contract, we are signing freely and sincerely in front of both witnesses.
