Introduction

❖ A automation of student management can handle all the


detail about a student. The details include college details,
Students personal details, Academic details etc.

❖ The student management system is an automated version of


manual Student Management System.

❖Student Management system is a management information system for education


establishments to manage student data.

❖ It provide capabilities for registering students in courses, Admitting students, tracking


student attendance and Submitting student documents and fee payment online.

❖ Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security in an open-access environment.

❖ It is a web based application.

❖ Unlike traditional applications, It is accessible anytime,


anywhere, via a PC with an Internet connection.

❖ It need lower requirements on the end user system and


simplified architecture.

Modules Used in The Project
1. Login Module:
Login module will help in authentication of user accounts to ensure data security.

2. Search Module:
This model allows one to search for a Particular student using search criteria such as name of student or
admission number.

3. Registration Module and Account Management:


This module will help the teachers (admin) register students into their class and it does not require presence of
internet. This module will really simplify the task of the manual registration.

4. Manage Results Module:


This module will generate report card for students.

❑ Can effortlessly issue updated report cards, manage student’s transcripts and

system. Ease of managing the courses for students based on specialization etc.

FUTURE SCOPE
❖ In the Future Student can also be able to upload or download
notes.
❖ We will see the entire system more interactive and also be
able to give statistics data.

❖ We can run the entire system in any operating system.


CONCLUSION

❖ Student Management System can be used by educational institutions to maintain their


student records easily. Achieving this objective is difficult using the manual system as the
information is scattered, can be redundant, and collecting relevant information may be very
time-consuming. All these problems are solved by this project.

❖ This system helps in maintaining the information of pupils of the organization. It can be
easily accessed by the manager and kept safe for a long period of time without any
changes.
